Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to SCALEJOBS SERVICES LLP for services provided through evlo.ai. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
 

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@evlo.ai with:

  • Registered email address

  • Transaction details

  • Reason for request

3. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment. Requests after this period may not be eligible.

4. Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical issues preventing access

  • Service not delivered

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • Services have already been used

  • AI outputs have been generated

  • Access to paid features has been provided

Each request is reviewed case-by-case under Indian law.

5. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Time for funds to reflect depends on the payment method:

  • UPI: usually 2–3 business days

  • Cards/net banking: 5–10 business days

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

6. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but services are not activated, contact support within 48 hours for resolution.
