evlo.ai is a comprehensive job-search platform that provides software tools and AI-assisted features to support job seekers. The platform combines free software tools with optional paid AI-assistant features. Users can use the platform in a do-it-yourself mode or combine it with AI-generated assistance.

Paid AI Assistant Features

Paid services may include AI-generated support such as:

The platform provides tools and assistance only and does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

3. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the platform before submitting it to employers or third parties. The Company is not responsible for outcomes arising from the use of AI-generated content. Users must not misuse the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.

5. Payments

Some features of evlo.ai are free, while others require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you authorize the Company and its payment partners to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways in accordance with Indian payment regulations. The Company does not store full card or banking details.

Payments are for access to the platform and AI-assisted tools and do not guarantee job placement or employment results.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel paid subscriptions at any time by contacting support@evlo.ai. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically guarantee a refund unless covered under the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, design, branding, and AI outputs on evlo.ai are owned by SCALEJOBS SERVICES LLP or its licensors. Users may use the platform only for personal job-search purposes and may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services in the preceding one month.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
